How simple is it?

<_<

I wanna play Jojo's Bizarre Adventure and SO2 on my PS2...

What software would you need? And I'm assuming I wouldn't need a DVD-RW drive, just CD-RW, right? >_>

I'll try to go step-by-step here..
1. Download the ISO
2. Download Daemon Tools
3. Mount the ISO
4. Use a CD burning software such as Nero
5. Copy the Virtual Drive that was made by the ISO
6. Done.

Oh and yep, they should only take CD-RW about 700mb.

I highly doubt a ps2 would recognize a burned disc that easily. you probably have to look into swap magic and a boot disc. at least thats what I have heard, I've never tried.

uhm... I bought a slim ps2 from gamestop. to take the cd out, I do have to flip the part above the cd upwards, if that's what you're talking about >_>

yeah, thats good. the ones with the drawer need to be opened and modded IIRC >_>

actually this might not be so bad. you should be able to stick something in the openings around the cd that tell the ps2 the lid is open. the ultimate goal is to be able to start the ps2 with the boot disc in and then switch to the game disc without "opening" the disc tray. so you may be able to find a ps2 boot disc .iso somewhere and then put small chunks of paper or something in the openings that the points on the underside of the lid would normally contact to tell the system the lid is closed. I thought you might have to buy something >_>

boot disc as in the psx bios? I thought the ps2 already had that o_O

or is the boot disc something that simply bypasses some security check on the .iso'd CD?
